Regarding the Nov. 2 FDNY protest at the World Trade Center ruins. The scoop and dump operation at Ground Zero was sending human remains to the Fresh Kills landfill at a terribly high rate, which was disrespectful to the heroes of that indelible day. Something had to be done.
